The titanium mushroom diffuser from TOPTITECH is manufactured from Grade 1 (Gr1) pure titanium using a precision powder sintering process, forming a mushroom?shaped aeration element for high?efficiency gas?liquid mass transfer. It has a diameter of 180 mm, a height of 45 mm, and a 1/2?inch NPT female thread connection for fast, leak?tight installation. The sintered structure creates a uniform micro?porous layer with a nominal filtration rating of 20 microns (¦Ìm), generating fine, evenly distributed bubbles during aeration.
This significantly improves the oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE). Unlike rubber or ceramic alternatives, titanium offers extremely high mechanical strength and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications ranging from municipal wastewater treatment to high?salinity industrial effluents and aquaculture oxygenation.
